Graduate Hotel and Leisure Complex, Cambridge
The 148-room Graduate Cambridge is the former Doubletree by Hilton Cambridge which has had a complete interior renovation including all rooms, common spaces, fitness club and pool. A ground floor conversion has seen the addition of a café and bar, as well as the renovation of the full-service restaurant.
The hotel’s new design “incorporates the history of the city, with colour palettes, patterns and textures in the public areas reflecting the green surroundings of fields”. Full-size punting boats have been incorporated in the bookshelves in the lobby and there is a hanging DNA installation to celebrate Rosalind Franklin, a pioneer in the development of DNA at the University of Cambridge. The hotel’s new restaurant is called Garden House with head chef Adam Wood, formerly of London’s award winning Perilla. It takes its name from the Garden House Hotel which stood on the same site.

Lost Property Hotel, St Paul’s Cathedral London
Completed in 2022 the Lost Property hotel has 145 bedrooms laid out over six floors and an extravagantly stylish restaurant and bar open to guests and members of the public.
The site is located primarily facing Ludgate Hill – the main thoroughfare leading up to St. Paul’s Cathedral and also surrounded by Creed Lane and Ludgate Square which have narrow one-way streets.

Novotel, Cambridge
We are carrying out the full Electrical Installation on the Construction of a 217-bedroom 4-star Novotel hotel across 6 storeys with a bar and restaurant, a gym and swimming pool, conference facilities, as well as 160 sqm of retail space and associated site works.
Situated adjacent to the Cambridge North station, the hotel will be one of the first buildings to welcome visitors and the local community to this exciting revitalisation of the Cambridge North area.

Nobu Hotel, Portman Square London
The 239-guest rooms and suites, together with a Nobu restaurant, ballroom and meeting facilities Glackin Electrics are carrying out this work in Conjunction with value Customer Edgewater Contracts.

Premier Inn, Milton Keynes
We are carrying out the full Electrical Installation on the new hotel development on Avebury Boulevard in central Milton Keynes will provide a 10-storey hotel under the Premier Inn brand with a totalof 180 bedrooms.
At ground floor level will be the entrance along with space to cater for 30 internal and external bicycle spaces.
The hotel will include Front of House reception area, Back of House areas, office, bar/restaurant and kitchen.
